SMS Builder is a Messaging Site that will allow users to send bulk SMS. The users of the site will have the ability of creating user profiles, sending messages to people or groups of people simultaneously, maintaining a phone book, personalize the site and buy online tokens to send messages.

The site contains the following sections:

1) MAIN PAGE
This is the welcome page of a user who logged-in.

2) USERS
In this section, the user can add / edit /delete user profiles. Sample profile addition screen:

Each user profile has its own username/ password to login. Optionally, a message limit can be set for each of these profiles.

3) SEND MESSAGE
In this section, users can send messages or prepare message templates.

• Send messages to group
  Messages can be sent to pre-defined groups (Groups are defined in the GROUPS section). The message is sent to each member of the group. Optionally, the user can click on one of the links (name, lastname, email, mr/mrs/ms, etc.) above the message text area : this will fetch the related data from the phone book and add it to each SMS message automatically. This helps to personalize the SMS. Additionally, the message can be set to be sent on a future date.
  
  
• Send messages using Phone Book
  From this section, the user can send a message to only one contact in his/her phone book. The user just clicks on the name of his/her contact and the “send message1 screen appears.
  
  
• Send messages from file
  The user can send messages by uploading a text file containing gsm numbers and messages in the “gsmno;message” format. A sample text file is provided to the user on the site.
  
  
• Send messages to people
  The user can send a message to a number of people of whom he/she enters the GSM numbers in a textarea by separating them with line breaks or commas.
  
  
• Send messages from file (advanced)
  This section is the same as the “send messages from file” section, except that an advanced file format which allows the user more control on his/her messages can be used. The advanced file format is presented to the user on the site.
  
  
• Templates
  Message templates can be prepared to use when sending messages later.

4) CALENDAR
This section helps the user remember special days such as birthdays.

5) PHONE BOOK
This is the section where contacts information is added /edited/ deleted/ listed.

• Add a record
  The user adds a contact to the phone book in this section. Alongside the name and GSM number, additional information such as address, title, date of birth or other special dates can be entered.
  
  
• Add from file
  The user can add contact information by uploading a text file. A sample text file is provided to the user on the site.
  
  
• Search
  All the phone book information can be listed in this section. The results can be restricted by a number of search criteria such as group, name, last name, etc…

6) GROUPS
In this section, groups of contacts can be defined and populated.

In order to create a group, a group name and a description is sufficient. Later, contacts can be added to the group in the Groups > Add Contacts to Group section.

7) SETTINGS
In this section, message headlines can be defined and the site can be personalized.

• Message headlines
  A message hedline can be defined to be used while sending messages later. The headline is open to use after the operator's approval.
  
  
• Personalize
  In this section, the user can upload a logo which will appear in the top right corner of the web site.

8) REPORTS 
Detailed information on sent messages can be obtained in this section. All sent messages can be listed.

10) PAYMENT
The user can see his/her account summary and/or buy tokens.

• Limit and Summary
  In this section, the message limit and account summary are shown.
  
  
• Buy Tokens
  In this section, the user can buy tokens online. The user can also pay by remittance if he/she prefers.

11) HELP
This is a general information page on how to use the site.

12) OTHER FUNCTIONALITY
The site will also have an admin interface which will allow the administrators to track and edit user information.
